Submissions

The Editorial Board accepts manuscripts that provide academic discourse in the field of international and comparative legal scholarship. In addition to publishing in the Santa Clara Journal of International Law’s website, articles are also submitted to HeinOnline, LEXIS and Westlaw electronic database queries.

Submission Requirements

Submissions should be made electronically through Scholastica.

All submissions must include the article of twenty to forty pages in length, double spaced, including a minimum of 115 footnotes and abstract. The Work must contain sufficient legal analysis on a legal topic of the Author’s choice.

Review Process

The Santa Clara Journal of International Law accepts articles on a rolling basis in order to enable the Journal to address global events and issues as they arise. As such, our Articles Team is constantly reviewing manuscripts throughout the year.
