The Clean Technology Revolution- Developing Solutions for Tomorrow’s Legal Challenges is a one day symposium held by the SCU CHTLJ aimed at addressing some of the unique legal issues affecting the development and implementation of clean technologies. The goal of this conference is to provide information that will help prepare attorneys for the role that legal community will play in facilitating the proliferation of clean technology in the coming years. This symposium will provide practical information, lively discussion, and the opportunity for practitioners to interact with other people working to promote clean technology development, attorneys and non-attorneys alike.
