Charles Comey Chuck Comey is a corporate finance partner in Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto office. Before relocating to Silicon Valley in July 2010, he opened and served as Managing Partner of the firm's Shanghai office for seven years, and worked on the ground both in China and Japan for over 16 years. As co-chair of Morrison & Foerster’s China Private Equity Group, he advises clients on venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances, as well as RMB fund formation and Cleantech and Life Sciences matters. He also counsels public companies on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues.

Dana Haviland Dana Haviland is a Silicon Valley arbitrator and mediator specializing in international commercial and technology-related disputes, with over 25 years experience.
